  1. General

    1. Directories Places Health Services and Doctors.
      1. Directory Sites and Physicians Health Services is a service provided by Medicaboo for Users, which the user will be connected with the place and Physicians Health Services through Application Medicaboo. Through Place and Physicians Health Services, users can access all the information needed about the hospital desired.
      2. In using the Directory Sites and Physicians Health Services, Users declare and promise that:

        2. Directories Places Health Services and Doctors are not used by the user in an emergency medical condition, including but not limited to a medical condition that requires treatment or physical examination quickly and directly by the doctor as well as services provided in the emergency department.

    3. Discount Health & Beauty.

      Health & Beauty Package is an online marketplace or market provided Medicaboo to bridge the offering or sale of products or services of a doctor to users. In using the Packs Health & Beauty, Users declare and promise that or to:
      1. Freeing Medicaboo from any liability that may arise on the information provided by Medicaboo in Service Pack Health & Beauty.

  4. Use and Services

    With your continued use of or access to Medicaboo products, you already represent and warrant to Us that:

      12. Using automated computer code, process, program, robot, net crawlers, spiders, data processing, trawling or other computer code, process, program or system of 'screen scraping' alternative.
      13. Violates these Terms and Conditions, or other instructions contained in the Medicaboo Product.
    3. We are not responsible for any injury, death or damages direct or indirect, material or immaterial arising from use of the Medicaboo Product by the User, or for any claim relating to the use of the Application Users.
    4. We are not responsible for any injury, death or damages directly or indirectly caused by the interaction or communication between doctors with a User. Medicaboo is also not responsible for any errors or crimes committed by the doctors for the provision of services or service through Medicaboo Products.   5. Membership Regulations

  7. Intellectual Property Rights

  11. REFUND

    3. Less than 5 hours from the time of check in, refund be charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the basic fare rooms booked per patient.


  12. INDEMNITY

    You hereby agree to indemnify and do not blame Medicaboo for any possible risk and its employees, affiliates, staff and partners, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or damages including legal fees, incurred as a result of claims of third parties with respect to: (a) your use of the Application / site; (B) content is given, provided or accessed through this Site; (C) your violation of these Terms; (D) infringement or other obligations; and / or (e) any act or omission by you, either negligent, unlawful or otherwise.

  16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

However, if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation within sixty (60) days, it shall be referred to mediation at the General Court (Act No. 2 of 1986) in accordance with the Mediation Procedure applicable to this time. If the dispute remains unresolved, it will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

  17. FORCE MAJEURE

    1. Medicaboo will not be responsible for performance that is not done, or violation of these Terms, such as the failure of the transaction, limited access to the Site, or any damage or harm to the user caused by the act or condition whatsoever beyond the reasonable control by either you or we ( "Force Majeure Event"). Force Majeure Event includes but is not limited to natural disasters (floods, earthquakes), epidemics, riots, declaration of war, war, military action, acts of terrorism, embargo, sanctions, changes in legislation or regulations, lightning, hurricane / typhoon / cyclone , strikes, demonstrations, insolvency or bankruptcy of the hospital, etc.
    2. Medicaboo will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by any means to any party if Medicaboo unable to process your order because of a Force Majeure Event.
